When will my order ship?
Within 1-2 business days except weekends.
Is there a sales tax charge on my order?
We collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state. Sales tax, if any, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Do you ship internationally?
double dare currently ships to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes. International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package.
We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
What is your return policy?

How do I place a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center. Please note that single-use products are only eligible for return if they are new and unused.
Do I need a return slip?
In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply email us at email@example.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you place your return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. After your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).

Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are often not eligible for return/refund.
